Principals are Steve Evans, Norman Laube and Francis Tam who have extensive backgrounds in the real estate sector. Francis is a senior financial real estate executive and has decades of experience in development, investment and operations that included Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust, Sunstone Realty Advisors, Aquilini Group and Intrawest Placemaking.
